Having postponed the event due to the first heat wave we then held the meeting on 8th July which was another hot evening at Spectrum. What an exciting competition with outstanding results across all teams taking part. Well done to YAC and our officials and timekeepers for organising such a well-run competition that was truly enjoyed by all teams.

YAC Boys
- Robert Craig – amazing! 2nd boy overall and top YAC scorer with 272 points, one of the highest points scores we have ever had. Robert smashed his Vortex PB with 45.94m and jumped 1.95m standing long jump.
- Max Stewart, 4th overall with 257 pts and along with Fabian, the fastest 2 boys in the competition, both with 10.6s in 75m.
- Fabian Higgins, 5th boy overall and 253 pts, 10.6s for 75m and 1.95m in standing long jump.
- Guy Holden, you were reserve but you came 6th overall with 252 points and 10.7s in 75m!
- Ted Harris Proctor – 2nd in Std long jump with 2.02m and PB in Vortex with 35.26m!
- Ethan Hadley 2nd best overall at 600m in 1:51.8mins
YAC Girls
- Abi Living 3rd overall with 235 pts and 4th best at 2:02.4mins in 600m
- Daisy Wignall 4th overall with 222 pts and 2nd fastest 75m in 10.9s and 1.98m in std long jump
- Theia Routley (year 5!) came 6th girl overall with 214 points and 2:03mins in 600m
- Georgia Armstrong 4th in vortex with 27.83m
- Millie Bicknell 2nd in Vortex with 28.93m and 2nd overall in std long jump in 2.02m
More top performances and new records!
- Top boy William Pearce from Woking with a score of 299 pts, best result was Vortex with a throw of 49.75, 2:04 in Std Long Jump and 1:49.7 in 600m
- William received a gold medal as individual top scorer!
- Penelope Gargowitsch from Reigate top scoring girl with 255 pts, 10.5s for 75m, 2.13m for std long jump
- Alyssa Newton from Epsom & Ewell ran 1:53.6 for best 600m in the girls
- Best girls Vortex throw from Evri Dunusinghe from CADAC with 30.80m
