Parents/Members Code of Conduct
As a member of YAC, our parents agree to abide by the UK Athletics Codes of Conduct as detailed here:
https://www.englandathletics.org/clubhub/resource/codes-of-conduct/
At Young Athletes Club, we recognise that we have a duty of care to all the children who come to train and compete with us.
We recognise that all members of our coaching team and all who form part of the YAC management team have a responsibility to ensure we provide and maintain an appropriate relationship with each child whilst they are in our care at YAC.
We want parents to know that we will conduct open and suitable operations at all times and that any inappropriate behaviour will be challenged and parental consent sought as necessary.
