SURREY SPORTSHALL COMPETITION
n November 2023, Young Athletes Club won GOLD for both the boys and girls teams in the first competition of the season.
With exceptional results in both track and field, the boys won by 48 points and the girls by 24 points:

SURREY SPORTSHALL COMPETITION
YAC BOYS WIN GOLD! YAC GIRLS WIN SILVER!
8 Teams took part in this Surrey Sportshall competition which also gave all athletes the chance to gain selection for the Surrey U11 Team.
So there was huge excitement and tension down to the last relay of the day to see who would win team medals.
Mo Farah and his wife were there supporting their daughter who runs for Walton. They were kind enough to present the medals.
Our YAC teams once again came up against strong competition from Waverley and Cleves.
Top honours went to the YAC Boys who won Gold and our YAC girls team took Silver

We are delighted to have 14 athletes chosen to go through to Surrey Trials to get into the Surrey Team for the Regional Competition on 26th Feb at Burgess Hill
